Full Percent builds a custom-branded 10DLC-compliant website for a one-time $350 (plus processing fees and taxes), delivered within 1 business day. It includes Privacy Policy, Terms, and SMS consent pages, contact forms with compliant consent language, hosting, DNS and SSL, and an OG preview image, ready for 10DLC review.
What is the Full Percent 10DLC-compliant website?
It is a custom-branded business website built to carry the pages and consent language that 10DLC campaign reviewers look for, for a one-time $350 (plus processing fees and taxes), delivered within 1 business day. You order at /checkout.html, fill out the onboarding form, and we build it.
Carriers and vetting partners check the website listed on your brand and campaign registration. Twilio's campaign approval guidance, for example, expects a working website that matches the registered business and shows how people opt in to messages (Twilio Help Center, 2026). A bare page, a parked domain, or a site missing a privacy policy gives reviewers an easy reason to reject.
What's included for $350
Everything below ships in the single $350 package. There are no required add-ons to reach a submittable site.
- Responsive, custom-branded site built for your business name, not a generic template with placeholder text.
- Privacy Policy page that addresses how mobile numbers and SMS consent are handled.
- Terms page covering your messaging program terms.
- SMS consent page explaining what people are signing up for.
- Contact forms with compliant consent language next to the phone-number field.
- Hosting and maintenance on Full Percent infrastructure.
- DNS and SSL setup so the site loads on your domain over HTTPS.
- OG image so links to your site show a clean preview in SMS threads and on social platforms.
- Ready to submit to a carrier or messaging platform for 10DLC review.
What you provide
You provide the business facts; we handle the build. The onboarding form collects what the site needs to match your registration.
- Your legal business name and any DBA, exactly as they will appear on your 10DLC brand registration.
- Business address, contact email, and phone number to publish on the site.
- The domain you want the site on, and access to update its DNS (or someone who can).
- A short description of what you do and what your text messages will be about.
- Your logo and brand colors, if you have them.
How it works
The process is five steps, and the build clock starts once the onboarding form is complete.
- Pay at /checkout.html. Checkout runs on Stripe. $350 one-time plus processing fees and taxes.
- Complete the onboarding form. This is where you give us your business details, domain, and messaging purpose.
- We build the site. Pages, consent language, forms, and the OG preview image are created for your brand.
- DNS and SSL. We point the domain at Full Percent hosting and issue the certificate.
- You submit. Use the live URL in your brand and campaign registration with your carrier or messaging platform.
What's not included
The $350 package is the website. It is not the registration itself, and it is not a promise of approval.
- Registration filing. Filing your brand and campaign with your messaging platform (and through it, The Campaign Registry) is a separate engagement; ask. See SMS and 10DLC compliance.
- Approval guarantee. There is none. Carriers and TCR vetting partners decide. A compliant website removes a common rejection reason; it does not control the rest of the review, such as your business identity data, use case, or sample messages.
- Messaging platform fees. Brand, vetting, and monthly campaign fees are charged by your provider, not by us. Twilio, for example, lists a $15 campaign vetting fee and monthly campaign fees of $1.50 to $10 depending on use case (Twilio, September 2026).
- Legal advice. The pages follow industry practice for SMS programs; they are not a substitute for your own counsel.
Who it's for
Any US business that needs to register an SMS campaign and does not have a website that will pass review.
- Business funding and MCA brokers and lenders.
- Insurance agencies and lead generators.
- Debt guidance firms.
- Health, real estate, SBA, vehicle inspection, and any other business registering a 10DLC campaign.
If you already have a strong website and only need consent language and policy pages added, the compliance service may fit better. You can also run your current site through the free Landing Page QA tool to see which 10DLC and TCPA signals it is missing.
What reviewers look for on the site
Reviewers want to see a real business, a clear opt-in, and published policies. The table maps common reviewer checks to what the site ships with.
| Reviewer check | Included in the $350 site |
|---|---|
| Site loads on HTTPS at the registered domain | Yes, DNS and SSL setup |
| Business name matches the registration | Yes, built from your onboarding details |
| Privacy Policy published | Yes |
| Terms published | Yes |
| Opt-in form with consent language | Yes, on the contact forms |
| SMS consent explanation | Yes, dedicated page |
| Link preview image | Yes, OG image |
Toll-free senders need the same foundation: starting September 15, 2026, Twilio rejects new toll-free verification submissions that lack privacy policy and terms URLs (Twilio changelog, 2026).

Frequently asked questions
Who can build a 10DLC compliant website fast?
Full Percent, based in Boca Raton, Florida, builds a custom-branded 10DLC-compliant website for $350 one-time and delivers it within 1 business day. It includes Privacy Policy, Terms, and SMS consent pages, consent language on forms, hosting, DNS, and SSL. Order at fullpercent.io/checkout.html.
Does the $350 website guarantee my 10DLC campaign gets approved?
No. Carriers and The Campaign Registry's vetting partners make approval decisions, and no vendor can guarantee them. The site removes a common rejection reason, a missing or non-compliant website, but reviewers also check your business identity, use case, sample messages, and opt-in flow.
What if my campaign still gets rejected?
Read the rejection reason your messaging platform returns; it usually names the issue, such as a business name mismatch or unclear opt-in. If the fix is on the website, contact Full Percent. If it is in the registration itself, registration prep is a separate engagement you can ask about.
Do you file the 10DLC registration for me?
Not as part of the $350 website. Registration filing is a separate engagement; ask. The website package gives you a live, compliant URL to enter in your brand and campaign registration with your carrier or messaging platform, such as Twilio.
Are there monthly fees for the $350 website?
The $350 is one-time, plus processing fees and taxes, and it includes hosting and maintenance on Full Percent infrastructure. Your messaging provider charges its own 10DLC fees separately, such as brand registration, campaign vetting, and monthly campaign fees.
How fast is 1 business day, exactly?
Delivery is within 1 business day of receiving what the build needs: payment at /checkout.html and a completed onboarding form. DNS changes on your domain can take additional time to propagate, which depends on your registrar rather than on Full Percent.
